Correct preparation of digital files for print output is critical for an accurate and timely delivery of your signage or printing product. You can avoid delays and additional charges by following the following recommended design guidelines.
Supported Programmes & Applications:
Adobe Illustrator CS3 or CS4
Adobe InDesign CS3 or CS4
Adobe Acrobat PDF
Macromedia Freehand MX
CorelDraw X4
Fonts and Type:
All fonts must be converted paths or outlines.
Please included all required font files.
Images, Photographs or Scans:
Please convert all files to EPS (please no TIFF files)
Please convert to CMYK or Greyscale
Set the DPI (dots per square Inch) to 72dpi or higher.
Website graphics are almost always unusable.
Colour Matching:
Proof required: Please send a JPEG, PDF or a colour print-out which we can colour match or proof your artwork against.
Convert all colours to CMYK or Pantones.
DO NOT use RGB or generic colours such as "CorelDraw Sky Blue"
Delivery of Artwork:
CD, DVD, USB Flash Drive, Email files smaller than 5MB and Skype File Transfer.
